Elangovan has been with the IT services industry for over 27 years, having worked with Infosys and was a Senior Vice President at iGate, managing North America, Global Banking and Financial Services, Advanced Technology Groups and Tech Training. Elan was twice the recipient of Infosys Chairman’s award for excellence and iGate CEO award. He balances his professional career with volunteering for causes like those championed by Yogakshema, Lake rejuvenation (Whitefield Rising/Varthur lake) by bringing together citizens, scientists, govt agencies, corporates, media and all stakeholders, mental health (Banyan/Association for the mentally challenged) etc. Elan is an Alumnus of National Institute of Technology, Trichy.

Jayashree, has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. She joined Infosys after her Masters and worked for nearly a decade at Infosys. She worked on several projects at Infosys and gained extensive experience in Requirements Management, Technical Architecture, Application Architecture, Product Evaluation, Vendor Evaluation, System Integration etc. She worked in cutting edge technologies and she has built test automation systems leveraging complex mathematical models and algorithms.

She has also volunteered for multiple causes and served in the committee of Association for the Mentally Challenged helping them with reporting to donors, fund raising, web site revamp, brand building and streamlining processes.
